ผลงานชุดนี้ จัดแสดงในนิทรรศการ “Simplicity” โดย ณฐกร คำกายปรง กับการนำเสนอมุมมองที่ไม่เหมือนใครผ่านผลงานที่เห็นความจริงได้ในสองมิติ แสดงถึงแก่นแท้ของการดำรงอยู่ผ่านภาพวาดดอกไม้ในแจกัน ในรูปทรงและพันธุ์ดอกไม้นานาชนิด ภาพวาดทุกชิ้นในชุดนี้ศิลปินได้แรงบันดาลใจจากการใช้ชีวิตบนความเรียบง่ายในชีวิตประจำวัน ผ่านการไตร่ตรองอย่างมีสติ และส่งต่อความประทับใจเหล่านั้นผ่านชิ้นงานของเขา โดยการลดทอนขนาดของส่วนที่ไม่จำเป็นออกไป แต่ก็ยังรักษาส่วนสำคัญเอาไว้ ผลงานของศิลปินจึงเหมือนเป็นการแสดงออกถึงความสันโดษ เงียบสงบ และห้วงลึกของอารมณ์ โดยการใช้เทคนิคการวาดภาพเพียงครั้งเดียวเพื่อให้กระบวนการทางศิลปะมีความตรงไปตรงมา และมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ทำให้ผลงานของศิลปินสื่อถึงความสันโดษ และความเงียบสงบ สะท้อนถึงสภาวะทางอารมณ์ของเขาในแต่ละวันที่ต่างกันออกไป

This results in artworks that convey a sense of compassion and serenity, reflecting the artist's different emotional states on each given day.
ศิลปินกล่าวว่า “ความโกลาหลในชีวิตของผู้คนในสังคมปัจจุบัน ส่วนหนึ่งเกิดจากโครงสร้างระบบที่ประกอบขึ้น และอีกส่วนหนึ่งเกิดขึ้นจากโลกทัศน์ของพวกเขาเหล่านั้น ข้าพเจ้ามองเห็นโลกที่กำลังเปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างซับซ้อน หมุนวน พัวพันไร้ทิศทาง และตัวเราทุกคนต่างดำรงอยู่ท่ามกลางมิติที่แปลกประหลาดนี้เอง ข้าพเจ้าจึงตั้งคำถามถึงแก่นสารของการมีชีวิตอยู่ เป็นไปได้หรือไม่ที่เราจะเลือกนำเสนอชุดความจริงบางอย่าง โดยคงเหลือไว้เพียงสาระสำคัญในความเป็นจิตรกรรมสองมิติลดทอนภาษาให้เรียบง่าย แต่เป็นจริงมากพอที่จะต่อรองกับโลกภายนอก สะท้อนภาพของการพยายามสร้างสมดุลในชีวิตท่ามกลางสังคมอันซับซ้อนและเปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว”
The artist states, " Today the chaos of human lives in society is a consequence social structure, systems built up, and partly by their visions. I see the world changing so complexly and directionlessly; we all live in this strange dimension. So I question the substance of living. Is it possible for us to fabricating the Truth that represent only the essence of two-dimensional painting, simplifying but realistic enough to negotiate with the outside world, reflecting an attempt to balance life among complex and rapidly changing societies.”
ณฐกร คำกายปรง เกิดเดือนเมษายน ปี พ.ศ.2536 ณ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ประเทศไทย หลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษาชั้นมัธยมปลาย ณฐกรได้เรียนต่อในระดับปริญญาตรีคณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาจิตรกรรม ที่มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาโท คณะจิตรกรรม ประติมากรรม และภาพพิมพ์ ที่มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร
Natagon Khamkayprong was born in April, 1993 in the Mueang District of Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand. After completing high school, Natagon pursued further education at the undergraduate level in the Faculty of Fine Arts, majoring in Painting, at Burapha University. Subsequently, he continued his studies at the master's level in the Faculty of Painting, Sculpture, and Graphic Arts at Silpakorn University.

He brings a deep sense of personal connection to his art. He draws inspiration from the simplicity of everyday life, carefully observing and translating these impressions into his works. His reductionist approach eliminates unnecessary elements while retaining the essential, resulting in artworks that exude solitude, tranquility, and emotional depth.

Natagon’s artistic journey is one of self-discovery and the pursuit of equilibrium in an enigmatic world. “Simplicity” is a testament to his dedication to the craft and his unique ability to find profound meaning in the simplest of things.
