ว่าไงสายอาร์ต วันนี้เราจะพาทุกท่านไปชมกับนิทรรศการสุดเท่ จากศิลปินไทยรุ่นใหม่ KNN.FIVE ที่จะพาคาแรคเตอร์ “พี่เพลิง” ไปตะลุยประเทศไทยในอนาคต ที่สะท้อนประเทศไทยในยุคดิสโทเปีย ผ่านลายเส้นอันเป็นเอกลักษณ์ ผสมผสาน Pop Culture และ Sci-Fi เข้าไว้ด้วยกันอย่างลงตัว นิทรรศการนี้น่าสนใจอย่างไร ถ้าพร้อมแล้วก็ตามไปรับชมกันได้เลย!!

นิทรรศการ “NEOTHAICIVILIZATION” โดย KNN.FIVE ที่ได้พาเราไปพบกับการผจญภัยของ “พี่เพลิง” ตัวละครเอกที่จะบอกเล่าเรื่องราวและความเป็นมาของโลกอนาคตนี้ผ่านการเดินทางและการโคจรมาพบกันของตัวละครอื่นๆ อีก 8 ตัว ซึ่งแต่ละคาแรคเตอร์นั้น ศิลปินก็ได้แรงบัลดาลใจจากการตีความลักษณะนิสัยเก้าแบบของมนุษย์ หรือที่เราเรียกกันว่านพลักษณ์ นำมาออกแบบและตีความออกมาในลายเส้นของตัวเอง ซึ่งภายในนิทรรศการ เราจะได้มองเรื่องราวทั้งหมดผ่านมุมมองตัวละครหลักอย่าง “พี่เพลิง” ซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนของนพลักษณ์ The Achiever หรือ ผู้ใขว่คว้าความสำเร็จ ส่วนอีก 8 ตัวละคร แต่ละตัวจะถูกแทนที่ออกมาเป็นนพลักษณ์ไหน ก็สามารถไปติดตามกันได้ภายในนิทรรศการได้เลย

เนื้อหาภายในนิทรรศการ “NEOTHAICIVILIZATION” เป็นเรื่องราวที่ถูกจินตนาการขึ้น ซึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทยยุคอนาคต ในโลกหลังยุคโลกาภิวัฒน์ล่มสลาย (Dystopia) “พี่เพลิง” เกิดขึ้นมาในโลกใหม่และสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลของโลกเก่าได้ เขาได้เริ่มออกเดินทางเพื่อสืบค้นว่าเหตุการณ์อะไรที่ทำให้คนหายไป เกิดการค้นพบการผจญภัยต่าง ๆ จนถึงการปรากฎของตัวละครอีกกลุ่มหนึ่งซึ่งมีแนวความคิดว่าอยากจะรื้อฟื้นวิทยาการที่เคยรุ่งเรืองในอดีตกลับมา ทำให้เกิดการเผชิญหน้าพร้อมกับคำถามโต้แย้งจากอีกฝ่ายว่า วิทยาการและวิธีการเหล่านั้นใช่สาเหตุของการที่เราต้องมาเริ่มต้นใหม่กันในวันนี้หรือไม่ โดยมีการดำเนินเรื่องไล่เรียงล้อไปกับไทม์ไลน์ประวัติศาสตร์โลก เริ่มตั้งแต่อดีตคือ ยุคหิน จนถึงช่วงก่อนการปะทุของสงครามโลกครั้งที่หนึ่ง ผ่านภาพวาดสีอะคริลิคบนผ้าใบกว่ายี่สิบภาพ ประกอบกับการจำลองฉากและพื้นที่เพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศโลกดิสโทเปีย รวมถึงเจาะลึกซีนการครอบครองแขนเหล็กวิเศษของ “เพลิง” ผ่านประติมากรรมบรอนซ์และไฟเบอร์อีกด้วย

นอกจากเราจะได้พบกับการผจญภัยของ “พี่เพลิง” แล้ว เราจะได้พบกับ “Five Eyes” คู่หูของพี่เพลิง ที่ร่วมผจญภัยไปในโลกแห่งใหม่นี้ ซึ่งเจ้า “Five Eyes” ก็จะมาโลดแล่นในนิทรรศการด้วยในรูปแบบของหุ่นยางเป่าลมขนาดใหญ่ ที่ให้เราสามารถไปถ่ายรูปคู่และเล่นกับน้องได้ พร้อมกับของ Merchandise อีกมากมายให้เราได้ไปจับจอง เช่น เสื้อ หมวก แก้วน้ำลาย Five Eyes และของอื่นๆอีกมากมาย บอกได้เลยว่าห้ามพลาด!!

สามารถรับชม นิทรรศการ “NEOTHAICIVILIZATION” ได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้ ถึงวันที่ 29 กุมภาพันธ์ 2024 ณ Joyman Gallery ตั้งแต่เวลา 11:00 - 18:00 น. ปิดทำการทุกวันจันทร์ เปิดให้เข้าชมฟรี ห้ามพลาด!!

The "NEOTHAICIVILIZATION" exhibition by KNN.FIVE takes us on an adventure with "Fire Boy," the main character who will narrate the stories and history of this future world through the travels and interstellar encounters with eight other characters. Each character is inspired by the artist's interpretation of the nine personality traits of humans, they became the main characters of this series of artworks. They are uniquely designed and interpreted in the artist's own style. Inside the exhibition, we will see the entire story through the perspective of the main character, "Fire Boy," who represents the Enneagram of The Achiever, someone who is driven to succeed. As for the other eight characters, which Enneagram they represent, you can follow their stories at the exhibition.

NEOTHAICIVILIZATION, the imaginary situation occurred in Thailand in the future after the globalization era apocalypse (dystopia). In the first chapter, “Fire Boy (the achiever)”, who is the lead character, was born in the new world, but he could access the history that happened in the past. He began his journey to find out what happened and why people had disappeared. Adventures were situated until the appearance of another group of characters who had the idea of reviving technology that had flourished in the past. The confrontation and question from another side were raised. Are those technologies and methodologies the reason we have to start over today? The story has continued alongside the world history timeline from the Stone Age until the period before the outbreak of World War I. These stories are manifested through 20 paintings, the exhibition set up, and the surroundings to create the NEOTHAICIVILIZATION dystopian world atmosphere. Moreover, to emphasize the scene of “Fire Boy's” possession of the magical iron arm through bronze and fiber sculptures.

In addition to encountering the adventure story of "Fire Boy," we will also meet "Five Eyes," Fire Boy's partner, who joins the adventure in this new world. "Five Eyes" will also be featured in the exhibition with a large inflatable figure, allowing us to take photos and play with it. There will also be a wide range of merchandise available for us to possess, such as shirts, hats, mugs with the Five Eyes pattern, and many other items. It is an event not to be missed!!
