ผลงาน “Moon of Afternoon Effect” โดย Jayoto ศิลปินได้สร้างโลกที่ชื่อว่า Afternoon Effect ซึ่งเป็นดินเเดนเเห่งแสงเเดด ที่จะมีแต่ตอนกลางวัน ผลงานชิ้นอื่นๆภายในนิทรรศการ ก็จะมีสีสันที่สดใส ดูมีชีวิตชีวา แต่ความพิเศษของผลงานชิ้นนี้คือ เป็นผลงานชิ้นเดียวที่ดูเหมือนเป็นตอนกลางคืนเพราะเป็นดวงจันทร์ แต่ที่พิเศษคือดวงจันทร์ดวงนี้อยู่ในดินแดน Afternoon Effect ที่ไม่มีตอนกลางคืน ดวงจันทร์นี้จึงเป็นดวงจันทร์เดียวที่อยู่ในตอนกลางวัน ท่ามกลางดินแดนแห่งความสุขที่ศิลปินสร้างขึ้นมา
“Afternoon Effect” is the first solo exhibition of “Autit Pohkham” or well known as “JAYOTO”, a street artist who has a unique character and distinctive use of lively colors with particular and neat drawing lines. This time, he expresses a story in the Afternoon Effect land, where the sun never sets and the story occurs in a certain time of those JAYOTO characters that were created in an imaginary land.
Jayoto หรือ อุทิศ โพธิ์คำ จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีจาก มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร คณะมัณฑนศิลป์ ภาควิชาประยุกตศิลปศึกษา สาขาเอกศิลปะไทย หลังจากเรียนจบก็ได้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง และได้เข้าร่วมนิทรรศการกลุ่ม color me bear 2018 at centralwOrld (2018), ศิษย์เก่าดีเด่น ณ หอศิลปะและการออกแบบ คณะมัณฑนศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร (2022) และ นิทรรศการเดี่ยวล่าสุด Afternoon Effect at number1gallery (2023)
JAYOTO graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Silpakorn University, Faculty of Decorative Arts, Applied Arts Department, and Thai Arts program. After graduation, he created many artworks constantly as well as participated in group exhibitions like Color Me Bear in 2018 at Central World (2018), Outstanding Alumni award at Art and Designs Center, Faculty of Decorative Arts, Silpakorn University (2022), and the latest solo exhibition “Afternoon Effect” at Number1 Gallery (2023)

นิทรรศการ “Afternoon Effect" บอกเล่าเรื่องราวของดินแดนในโลกจินตนาการของศิลปิน ซึ่งจะเป็นสถานที่ที่พระอาทิตย์ไม่มีวันตก นำเสนอออกมาผ่านคาแรคเตอร์และลายเส้นอันมีเอกลักษณ์ พร้อมสีสันที่สดใส ใครที่สนใจก็สามารถไปรับชมกันได้ตั้งแต่วันนี้ ถึง 11 พฤศจิกายน 2023 ณ Number1gallery | Silom 21 เวลา 10:00 - 19:00 น. (ปิดวันจันทร์) ห้ามพลาดเด็ดขาด!!
The exhibition "Afternoon Effect" narrates the stories of imaginary lands in the artist's creative world, where the sun never sets. Presented through distinctive characters and unique patterns, the exhibition features vibrant colors. Anyone interested can enjoy the exhibition from today until November 11, 2023, at Number1gallery | Silom 21, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (closed on Mondays). Don't miss it!!
