เริ่มด้วยนิทรรศการ “The Other Side” โดย OCTOBER29 & POORBOY กับการคอลแลบสุดพิเศษจาก 2 ศิลปินสายสตรีทที่มาแรงสุดๆ ณ ขณะนี้ กับผลงานคาแรคเตอร์ Poorboy และ Hele ที่ทั้งสองได้สลับกันสร้างสรรค์คาแรคเตอร์ของอีกฝั่งและตีความมาในแบบของตัวเอง ต่อด้วยนิทรรศการ
Wonderland โดย Lee Sara ศิลปินสาวชาวเกาหลีใต้ ที่จะมาบอกเล่าเรื่องราวต่างๆ กับคาแรคเตอร์สุดน่ารักสีสันสดใส ที่ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจมาจากตุ๊กตาและตัวการ์ตูนจากนิทานในวัยเด็กของศิลปิน และนิทรรศการจากจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ "Fragments of Time" โดย สมลักษณ์ ปันติบุญ กับผลงานประติมากรรมดินเผา-ภาพจิตรกรรมด้วยดินและสีจากส่วนผสมของธรรมชาติ ที่ได้รับอิทธิพลจากศาสนาพุทธนิกายเซน และยังมีนิทรรศการอะไรอีกบ้าง ตามไปรับชมกันได้เลย!!
Starting with the exhibition "The Other Side" by OCTOBER29 & POORBOY, featuring a special collaboration between two highly popular street artists at the moment, with the character works of Poorboy and Hele. Both artists have creatively swapped and reinterpreted each other's characters. Following that is the "Wonderland" exhibition by Lee Sara, a South Korean artist, narrates various stories with her charming, brightly colored characters inspired by dolls and cartoon characters from her childhood fairy tales. And from Chiang Mai, "Fragments of Time" by Somluk Pantiboon, showcases artworks of ceramic sculptures and paintings using earth and natural colors, influenced by Zen Buddhism. “The Other Side” ครั้งแรกกับนิทรรศการศิลปะที่ไม่เคยมีที่ไหนมาก่อนของ OCTOBER29 และ POORBOY ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์ผลงานโดยการสับเปลี่ยนตั้งแต่คาแรคเตอร์ไปถึงวิธีคิด จนออกมาเป็นโชว์พิเศษที่จะได้เห็นอีกด้านหนึ่งของทั้งคู่ซึ่งเป็นด้านที่ไม่เคยเห็นออกมาก่อน และในตอนนี้ก็ควรค่าแก่เวลาที่ทุกท่านจะได้พบกับอีกมุมหนึ่งของพวกเขาแล้ว

Poorboy ในโทนเคร่งขรึม และ Hele ในโทนพาสเทล คือสิ่งที่ไม่คุ้นตากันเป็นอย่างมาก แต่ลองมองอีกทีผลงานศิลปะรวมไปจนถึงศิลปินเองก็สามารถมีหลากหลายด้านได้โดยที่ไม่ต้องยึดติดกับรูปแบบเดิมเสมอไป และในความแปลกใหม่นั้นก็ไม่ได้ทิ้งความดั้งเดิมออกไปจนหมดสิ้น เพียงแต่ทั้งหมดทั้งมวลนั้นคือการก่อร่างสร้างจิตใหม่ในร่างเดิม ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่าง เมื่อมีขาว ย่อมมีดำ เมื่อมีดำ ย่อมมีเทา เหล่านั้นก็คือพวกเรามนุษย์ปุถุชนที่ยังคงต้องเลือกหันแต่ละด้านเข้าหากันเป็นสุนทรียศาสตร์หนึ่งของชีวิตตราบที่ยังอยู่ในสังคม

Lee Sara was born in 1979. Lee Sara's work has been offered at auction multiple times. About her artwork, the girls' cheerful faces in the artwork represent dolls from the artist's childhood and whimsical characters from fairy tales or comics, reminding her of innocent childhood memories. They are accompanied by playful magic wands with mischievous expressions.
.These artworks express joyful dreams and curious wonder in vibrant colors and sharp scratches, creating a dazzling yet persistent feeling. The characters recall and engravememories of life which is slowly fading in the fast-paced and uncertain world, while also taking a moment to pause and reflect. It might seem like an unconscious repetitive action to shield oneself or a yearning for an ideal world where everyone is happy.

The exhibition Kongpat Sakdapitak: New painting 'Ong Mangkorn,’ (a glazed water jar with dragon patterns) is a collaboration between House of Upa-In and the artist Kongpat Sakdapitak, or Ong Kongpat, a leading pop artist in Thailand. 'Ong Mangkorn' combines the artist's name with childhood impressions of glazed water jars with dragon patterns’ sales announcements in the neighborhood. Furthermore, it relates to the year 2024, the year of the dragon. This exhibition showcases watercolor works that reveal an atmosphere of relaxation, fun, and emotional release, differing from previous exhibitions.

Additionally, in this exhibition, attendees will encounter a collection designed collaboratively by House of Upa-In and the artist Ong Kongpat. In the House of Upa-In x Ong Kongpat collection, you'll find specially designed clothing. Don't miss it!

นิทรรศการ “ภูมิทัศน์ของความว่างเปล่า” โดย สนิทัศน์ ประดิษฐ์ทัศนีย์ ที่ศิลปินได้สร้างสภาวะของการเข้าสู่ความว่างเปล่าที่พาผู้ชมเข้าไปสู่ห้วงสถานการณ์จำเพาะของพื้นที่และเวลา สู่มโนทัศน์ของการเข้าไปค้นหาความจริงในมิติของการเข้าไปสู่เขตแดน (ปริมณฑล) ของสภาวะการไร้รูปนาม ม่านหมอกของสาระแห่งการดำรงอยู่ได้นำพาผู้ชมให้เดินตามวิถีทางแห่งสัจจะของเวลาที่ทุกอย่างสลายแตกดับเหลือแต่เพียงความว่างเปล่า

เมื่อเราอยู่ในห้วงสถานการณ์และเวลาของการเหม่อมองความเป็นไปของ “ความจริง” เราจะเห็นม่านหมอกจางๆของความว่างเปล่า หากแต่ความว่างเปล่านั้นมิได้เปลือยเปล่า โดยกำเนิดแล้วความว่างคือสภาวะหนึ่งของการละทิ้ง ปลดเปลื้อง หรือมลายหายสลายไปของสิ่งที่มีอยู่ ความว่างอาจมีมโนทัศน์สุดไกลไร้ขอบเขต เป็นทั้งความเวิ้งว้างของจักรวาลอันไกลโพ้น เป็นทั้งเวลาที่เป็นอนันต์ เป็นนามธรรม แต่ในขณะเดียวกัน การที่เราจะรับรู้สภาวะความว่างดังกล่าวได้นั้น เราต้องรับรู้ความมีอยู่ของ “สิ่ง” ที่ดำรงอยู่ ขอบเขตของความว่างจึงมีความจำเป็นต่อการปลดเปลือยเผยให้เห็นถึงการสลายหายไปจนนำไปสู่สภาวะแห่งความว่างเปล่า

Landscape of Emptiness, a solo exhibition, by Sanitas Pradittasnee

When we are in the situation and time of absentmindedly staring at the possibility of "truth", we will see a thin smog of emptiness. The emptiness is not naked, though. The origin of this emptiness stems from the condition of letting go, liberating or disappearing from existence. The emptiness, with its boundless horizons, is an abstract, endless time and infinite universe in a faraway distance. At the same time, to perceive this condition, we need to be aware of "what" exists. The boundary of emptiness, thus, plays a crucial role in unveiling this evanescence leading to the state of emptiness.
Landscape of Emptiness by Sanitas Pradittasnee creates a condition through which the audience enters a state of emptiness, taking them into specific situations of space and time to venture into the concept of seeking truth in the frontier or "perimeter" of abstraction. The cloud of existence takes the audience down the path of the truth of time, where everything perishes, leaving only emptiness.

“LONGEVITY : An Abstract Conversation” นิทรรศการแสดงกลุ่มโดย 11 ศิลปินหญิงที่ต้องการนำเสนอแง่มุมต่าง ๆ ของแนวคิดเรื่องความยืนยาวของชีวิต ได้แก่ เอมิ ไคยะ, บายศรี, บี ชนิดา, ชญานิษฐ์ ม่วงไทย (ซีเฟีย), เดือนฉายผู้ชนะ ภู่ประเสริฐ, จิรัชยา พริบไหว, เก็จกาญจน์ ดำรงค์วัฒนโภคิน, เอ็มเอ็ม โกสุม, มรกต เกษเกล้า, รุ้งพลอย ล้อไพฑูรย์ และสุดาภรณ์ เตจา

สุภาษิตอันโด่งดัง "Ars longa, vita brevis" แปลว่า "ศิลปะยืนยาว ชีวิตนั้นสั้น" สะท้อนถึงธรรมชาติความสั้นของชีวิตและความยืนยาวของศิลปะ เตือนใจให้รู้ว่าถึงแม้ชีวิตมนุษย์เรานั้นจะสั้น แต่ศิลปะที่สร้างไว้กลับสามรถคงอยู่เหนือกาลเวลา สร้างความประทับใจอย่างไม่รู้ลืมให้กับคนรุ่นหลัง ความยืนยาว หรือ “การมีอายุยืน” เป็นแนวคิดที่ฝังแน่นอยู่ในจิตวิญญาณของสังคมไทย เห็นได้จากคำทักทายตามฤดูกาลทั่วไป เช่น “ขอให้มีความสุข สุขภาพแข็งแรง” คำอวยพรที่เรียบง่ายแต่ลึกซึ้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความเข้าใจที่ว่าชีวิตที่มีความสุขจะเกิดขึ้นได้ก็ต่อเมื่อมีสุขภาพที่ดี

สีสันในศิลปะ สถาปัตยกรรม และการแต่งกายแบบดั้งเดิม ไม่เพียงแต่สะท้อนถึงมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมอันอุดมสมบูรณ์และภูมิทัศน์ทางธรรมชาติอันน่าทึ่งของประเทศไทย แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงความรื่นรมย์ของชาติแบบองค์รวมอีกด้วย

การแสวงหาชีวิตที่ยืนยาวนั้นมีรากฐานมาจากวัฒนธรรมไทย เมื่อเราพิจารณาจากมุมมองของชาวไทยเอง จะเห็นถึงคุณค่าเกี่ยวกับความสมดุลระหว่างการมีอายุยืนยาวและชีวิตที่อยู่ดีมีสุข

“LONGEVITY : An Abstract Conversation” curated by Kit Bencharongkul. This exhibition features works from 11 female artists contribute to this exhibition by focusing on various facets of the concept of longevity in their works : Aimi Kaiya, Baisri, BeCHANIDA, Chayanich Muangthai (Seafear), Duenchayphoochana Phooprasert, Jiratchaya Pripwai, Ketkarn Damrongwattanapokin, MM. Kosum, Morakot Ketklao, Rungploy Lorpaitoon, and Sudaporn Teja.

The famous quote, “Ars longa, vita brevis” which translates to “Art is long, life is short” encapsulates the fleeting nature of life and the enduring impact of artistic expression. Longevity, defined as “a long individual life” is a concept that goes beyond borders, and is ingrained within the soul of societies like Thailand. Thai culture places great emphasis on holistic well-being, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual health.

The color palette found in Thai art, architecture, and traditional attire serves as a vivid reflection not only of Thailand’s abundant cultural legacy and breathtaking natural landscapes, but more broadly of the Kingdom’s zest for life. From the resplendent hues adorning ornate temples and ceremonial costumes and intricate floral motifs, particularly during the Thai New Year festivities, to the tranquil pastel tones gracing Thai silk. These color tones evoke a palpable sense of warmth, spirituality and harmonious beauty.
The pursuit of longevity and the celebration of life are deeply rooted in Thai culture. As we reflect on the Thai perspective, we can gain valuable insights into the delicate balance between longevity and a life well-lived.
